We respect the sensitive nature of your business data and are committed to maintaining your confidentiality.

  • Information We Collect: We collect standard business contact information (name, email, phone, address) and necessary technical data (network configurations, hardware specs, login credentials) required to provide our IT services.
  • How We Use Your Data: Your information is used strictly to deliver IT support, troubleshoot issues, manage billing, and communicate about your service.
  • Data Security & Confidentiality: As IT professionals, we take data security seriously. We do not access your personal or business files unless explicitly required for troubleshooting or data recovery, and we maintain strict confidentiality agreements for all client data.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Data is only shared with trusted partners (like payment processors or hardware distributors) when necessary to fulfill your service requests.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the labor-intensive nature of IT support, our refund policy is structured around time spent and hardware costs.

  • IT Labor & Services: All labor hours, consulting services, and on-site visits are non-refundable once the work has been performed.
  • Service Agreements: Monthly support contracts can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice. You will be billed for the final month of service, and any unused prepaid hours will be forfeited.
  • Hardware Purchases: Hardware purchased through Wise Sales and Service is subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty and return policies. Unopened hardware may be returned within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-ordered or open-box hardware cannot be refunded.
  • Software Licenses: Software purchases, domain registrations, and cloud subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
